It's hard to expect something better from winter tires.
Tires without spikes. In principle, these are my first winter tires, so I have nothing to compare them to. But after I changed them, I didn't notice any difference with the native tires in the fall-winter period. Despite the snow/ice, the car drove just as well as it had before. Several times on an icy hill, I sharply released the clutch when starting off - the tires screeched, the

Great tire! I recommend it! It's worth the money!
The tire is just great! I bought my second car in my life and was very worried about winter driving. I picked up the tire for a long time, read all the reviews, including on this resource, and asked many acquaintances for their opinions. I decided not to save on safety! I chose Nokian! They are undoubtedly the leaders in winter tires, which I have convinced myself of.

Good tire for its money
I chose for a long time which ones to buy, studded or not studded. I bought studded ones and I'm not sure if I did the right thing. On snow and ice, there were no questions at all. On dry asphalt, braking is not very good. Dirt is completely useless. Very loud. After 7500 km, all the studs are in place, but around the studs, the tread is 1 mm less in other places

excellent tires, expensive but really worth the money, and not noisy at all (though this depends on the sound insulation of your car), and most importantly, they are good on asphalt) it's all dry now but frosty, haven't changed them yet, everything is fine, and even 160 km/h is handled normally, and the studs are all intact, although it's not the first season (I'm not sure, didn't ask the previous owner

Good tires for not very heavy vehicles
I bought studded tires in 2005, influenced by advertising and stories about Hakkapeliitta 2. In winter, it works very well on snow and snow-covered roads. But it only works well in the direction of the tread pattern, when cornering and the tread pattern experiences lateral loads, it can drift, which is quite surprising. On ice, I didn't notice any significant advantages compared to non-studded tires, studs don't get

good, reliable, but noisy...
When there was a VAZ classic, such tires were needed so as not to get stuck anywhere. The choice fell on Hakka 4, drove on it for two seasons, about 20,000 km. When I first put it on, it felt like the clutches had become rubber and the hubs were covered, all at once. Straight-line stability is not very good, brakes on asphalt in warm weather are like on ice. And now

Tire crap 20000 pieces is too much when braking the car throws it howls like in the subway vibration goes through the body like you're driving on a washboard and that's despite having done balancing 4 times at different services.

Excellent tires!!!
The rubber performs perfectly in any winter conditions. Good studding, after 20,000 miles of driving, not a single stud has come off (knock on wood). Maybe it's due to the proper run-in. A couple of stories from the life of the tire:

Terrible
Awful winter tires, driving straight on snow, both packed and loose, is very problematic for them - they are always trying to drift to the side, and don't even get me started on turns!!!!! And yet, on the road, it's desirable to drive straight :) On medium-rough asphalt, you can drive, but not far - the noise is like that of an airplane taking off. Each has its own.
