Fiat Mobi has been in production since 2016. The subcompact hatchback is part of the production line of the Brazilian branch of the Italian brand, being intended primarily for the South American market.

In terms of design, the car was notable for its obvious resemblance to the Renault Kwid, which, having debuted in the same 2016, managed to become a bestseller in the Indian market in just 6 months. Another distinctive feature was the trunk lid, the outer part of which was entirely made of glass. In terms of equipment, the car was an example of economy. In the base version, it was extremely poorly equipped, lacking a tachometer, heating system, electric windows, and power steering. All comfort elements, along with parking sensors and a multimedia system, were available only at an additional cost.

Updated version

In the fall of 2020, the premiere of the next-generation car took place. The goal of the modernization was not to improve consumer and operational properties, but to differentiate it from the new Fiat Uno, most of whose modifications were offered in the same price range. For this reason, the car turned out to be significantly simpler than its predecessor. In particular, the number of engine and transmission combinations was reduced to one - an in-line gasoline "four" Fire Evo Flex with a volume of 1 liter in tandem with a 5-speed manual transmission. Perhaps the only improvement was the appearance of even in the base versions of plastic trim and suspension from the "off-road" version Way with a clearance of 190 mm. It also stands out with roof rails, different upholstery of seats, two-tone body paint, as well as a 7-inch display of the Uconnect multimedia system, which is also available for the other two versions, but as an additional option.
