Having asked myself this question, I wrote to the manufacturer: - What do they think about right/left. No answer (yet). But on the website, I noticed the photos:

on one leg
On wet asphalt, splashes are different on the left and right sides. Wore in summer
Pros: load index
Cons: delamination

Had to put them on now.

All this (about the danger of tires) would be true if these tires were DIRECTIONAL. But since these tires are asymmetric and NON-DIRECTIONAL, there's nothing to be particularly afraid of. Non-directional tires are more versatile: while they may not drain water/dirt, etc. as well as directional ones, they have the same properties REGARDLESS OF THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION. That's why they don't have left and right sides.
