Noisy at low speeds, but it's not a problem.
If you drive adequately, then good tires for their money

Very noisy tires, they hum so much that it plugs your ears. This one drawback outweighs the advantages.

I really like Sailun tires. I'm buying my 3rd set from this manufacturer. These tires are on an Octavia Tour, previously I had Nokian Hakka 5. Honestly, I don't remember the feeling of the new Nokian, but after re-shoeing, the sensations between the old and new ones are heaven and earth. They were balanced perfectly, even without over 30g of weights. Let's see how many seasons they will last and how the tires will behave in the following seasons.

So far, everything is very much to my liking

Haven't driven much on these tires, first impressions are not bad. Of course, they are quite noisy. Can't say anything about aquaplaning. In general, they behave predictably on ice and snow after Tigar SUV, the only thing I didn't like was the lateral skidding when entering a turn at speed.

Tire rubbish, studs are coming to an end, starting to partially come off. Not a fountain of quality. I don't advise, won't take this model again!
