Шины на Suzuki Every (Сузуки)

The Suzuki Every debuted in the production range of the Japanese company in 1982, when the existing commercial line of subcompact cars Carry was divided into two parts. The model made up one of them, representing a van that meets the requirements of Japanese legislation for "kei cars". The car was offered not only in the domestic market of this country, but also beyond its borders under various brands. In our country, this microvan is known as the Daewoo Damas.

Initial versions

The debut of the microvan coincided with a fairly large-scale modernization of the entire commercial line. Most of it affected the technique. The previous 2-stroke gasoline engine with a volume of 0.7 liters was replaced by a more modern 4-stroke power unit of the same volume. A modification with four-wheel drive appeared. In 1985, a car of the second generation appeared, which also differed, first of all, in technical components. And again, one of them was the engine, which acquired an electronically controlled fuel injection system, which had a positive effect on both its power properties and fuel efficiency. From the end of 1987, a turbocharged version of this engine appeared, which developed 52 horsepower. In 1990, the manufacturer had to work on the van's exterior. It received a more efficient body in terms of aerodynamics. Nevertheless, this design also did not prove to be durable.

Third and subsequent generations

In the fall of 1991, a van of the third generation debuted, which differed significantly from its predecessor. It still used a frame chassis from the Carry truck, but already of the ninth generation and in a modified version with a changed layout. The key feature was the location of the power unit in front of the rear axle. This made it possible to significantly increase the space inside the cabin, which was designed to carry up to 8 passengers. Another feature was the design of the front, which differed depending on the version. The base versions used headlight units with large round blocks, and the more expensive ones - with rectangular ones.

At the very beginning of 1999, a car of the next, fourth generation appeared. Initially, it used a 0.7-liter engine from the previous model, in both versions, both in the "atmospheric" and turbocharged versions. After 2001, its modified version with a chain drive in the timing system began to be used, which met the current environmental requirements. Another difference was the design of the microvan, which stood out with minimal overhangs and a large area of vertical surfaces in the front and rear. This was due to the existing Japanese legislation, which limited the length of "kei cars". In the future, the car only "grew" in height, reaching 1880 mm by the end of the production cycle.

Current version

Currently, the Japanese brand offers a van of the sixth generation, released in 2015. The car retained the previous layout with the power unit located next to the rear axle, right under the second-row sofa. But at the same time, a much more modern engine is used - an in-line gasoline "trio" with a volume of 0.7 liters. In the base versions, its "atmospheric" version with a power of 55 horsepower is used, and in the more expensive ones - with a turbocharger, developing a maximum of 65 "horses". Moreover, the "atmospheric" version is distinguished by the presence of a system for changing the phases of gas distribution, both on "inlet" and on "exhaust", which partly compensates for the lack of traction at low revs. Depending on the version, the engine is combined with a 5-speed "mechanics" or a belt variator. The concept of using the car and its compact size somewhat limit the selection of tires for it. Most of these limitations can be easily avoided by contacting the online store "Mosavtoshina".
