The Kia Niro Plus is a special version of the first-generation "Niro" that is maximally adapted for taxi and car-sharing services. 2. Plug-in hybrid - power units, as in the first version, only the battery is 8.9 kW, which allows you to overcome up to 49 km on electric traction. And it can be charged from external power sources;
3. Fully electric version, which is based on an electric motor with 204 hp, powered by a lithium-ion battery with 64 kW. On a single charge, such a vehicle can travel up to 427 km.
In all modifications, the drive is only front-wheel, and in hybrids, a robotic gearbox acts as a transmission.

Exterior

Compared to its "donor" crossover, the car received a modified front with a new bumper and running lights. The overall dimensions have been increased, which has led to more space in the cabin. This has changed the shape of the door opening and glazing. All this was done to increase the level of comfort for passengers.

Interior

The salon has also undergone changes in favor of passengers in the rear row. The seats themselves have been moved back by 28 cm, all panels have become thinner, and a USB charging port for gadgets has appeared. The front passenger seat is equipped with an electric drive and is supplemented with control from the rear row. An important feature has become the media system, which is based on modern components. Its control is organized through a 10.25-inch touch screen. Already in the "base" it has a taximeter, navigation with a description of all key attractions, and a tachograph. Its distinctive feature is the flexibility of settings for a specific taxi or car-sharing operator.
