More expensive versions were equipped with a 2-liter engine of the same family, which developed 173 hp and 209 Nm.

In 2018, the manufacturer introduced a sedan of the next generation. It differed from its predecessor in design, stylistically close to the sports fastback Stinger, and differed by a very short trunk lid. In technical terms, the car's feature was a modernized platform from the previous model, in which high-strength steel was used much more widely. In the first years of mass production, the sedan was offered with the same Nu family engines. Later, they were replaced by more modern Smartstream engines. As with Cerato, it is hardly the only reason for criticism that this car often has standard overly "vocal" tires.
