Kia Forte is a small car that debuted in 2008. In some countries, it is known as the K3, Shuma, or Cerato. 2012 marked the release of a new generation, which became larger in size. The interior trim also improved, with more expensive materials used. The car was driven by two engines with a capacity of 1.8 liters, 148 horsepower, and 2.0 liters, 173 horsepower.

G3

In 2018, a new generation debuted, which further increased in size and also adopted the company's new corporate style. The base engines migrated from the second generation, and versions of the rechargeable hybrid were also added. The gearboxes were represented by 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions, as well as a 7-speed DCT (robot) and a variator of its own design, IVT.

To maintain consumer demand, a restyling was carried out in 2021, which brought changes to the exterior and interior. The car began to be equipped with a modern package of safety systems, and a multitude of electronic "assistants" appeared.
