First Generation

The car, which debuted in 2012, was created on the BH-L platform, sharing it with the Hyundai Equus and Genesis sedans, having a slightly smaller length than the first and surpassing the second in terms of wheelbase. Externally, it was made in the brand's current stylistic design with a distinctive shape of the radiator grille. The version with this index was intended primarily for North America, thanks to which its engine range consisted only of two engines - V6 and V8 of the GDI family with a volume of 3.8 and 5 liters, developing 315 and 426 horsepower, respectively.

Second Generation

In 2018, the second iteration of the sedan was released. With the same concept, the car has undergone significant changes on the outside, acquiring a more conservative appearance, losing the intricate curves on the body panels. The radiator grille has become more massive, being divided into 176 cells. Like its predecessor, the sedan was created on the BH-L platform, but in a modified version, increasing the wheelbase to 3105 mm. The car's dimensions have hardly changed, thanks to the shortened overhangs. The updated platform also featured a wider use of high-strength steel power elements, which increased the body's rigidity, improving handling and reducing the level of noise and vibration.

The interior stood out for its use of a larger number of trim materials made from expensive types of natural leather and wood. Already in the standard equipment, there were nine airbags. The instrument panel is made in the form of a display, the graphics of which change depending on the selected mode of operation of the electronic systems. In the central part of the front console, a 12.3-inch multimedia system display appeared, which included a significant number of functions, allowing to reduce the number of physical buttons and switches by a quarter. Among other features, it is worth noting the presence of analog clocks and Lexicon acoustics, along with 64-color ambient lighting, which is used not only to illuminate the cabin but also the buttons, where there are special sensors that enhance the brightness of the LEDs when approaching with fingers.
