I live in Adler, I put the Geolandar A/T-S G012 on 2 years ago. I haven't changed the tires for the winter, I've never had to fight for control of the car on the road, and in the recommendations it is stated that in a warm climate it can be used all year round.

Decent tire for the price. May be suitable as an all-season in European winter conditions. However, in our (sometimes -30) winters, I would recommend a winter tire.

I've also fitted the tyres to my Mazda Tribute (crossover) and they performed well. Again, I fitted the Geolander to my Nissan X-trail, which has a slightly louder noise but the grip in the dirt is good (as long as you approach it sensibly). My job demands a lot of driving, about 200 km a day on asphalt, but I also go on a lot of hunting and fishing trips. So this tyre is perfect for me.

Interestingly enough, despite the tread design, the tire isn't that loud. It Humms along on sand, rocks with ease. On clay it gets a bit quiet. I haven't tested it in the winter.

Despite its deep tread, the tire was surprisingly noisy. It performed well on gravel, taking 60% of its load on asphalt and 40% on gravel. However, it did not handle snow at all, resulting in a low rating. There's no complaint about its quality.

Out of all AT and MT tyres, the Yokohama Geolander is without a doubt the BEST in both categories. All those Goodyears for MTs are no match for it... The 012 is simply an unbeatable option for everyday, dacha and non-fanatic wheelbarrow trips. Believe the experience of a biologist-explorer. But if there are elements (!!!) of fanaticism, then put at least the rear axle Yokohama Geolander G 001

For the Russian off-road vehicle NIVA "Crocodile" as I have it - there's no better rubber for non-fanatical trips, and for a sharp increase in traction - you put a ETU model at the front and a Yoko G 001 of the same size (diameter) at the rear. Well, my Spanish "Sahara" has 265x70x15 on the back - the diameter is, again, the same as always for 4-wheel drive

Good tires for their price, took in size 33x12.5x15, fairly decent road tire, but stones get stuck in the tread constantly when driving on gravel, which then loudly hits the asphalt and flies off at high speeds. Not very resistant to punctures, especially when the tread is worn off by 50%. Although they're marketed as all-season tires, but it's simply not realistic to drive on them in winter, even with four-wheel drive.

Comfortable tire for city driving, highway, and dry dirt roads. Loses traction in mud. Unstable on ice.

I would note that their hardness is a drawback, they would be okay for city driving, but if you rarely get off the highway then I would recommend getting a highway tire, maybe I didn't run them in fully, the mileage on them is not that high. Overall, they seem not to be bad for dirt roads and light off-road driving.
