Normal tires, price-quality ratio, they grip on snow as needed!

I ordered a tire for my car, they accepted and processed the order, I had to wait for 3-4 days. On the 4th day, I called them and they told me that they didn't have the tire and that I had been sent an SMS, but I hadn't received anything. In general, the service is awful, they don't work seriously and are rude to clients.
