I ordered a tire for my car, they accepted and processed the order, I had to wait for 3-4 days. On the 4th day, I called them and they told me that they didn't have the tire and that I had been sent an SMS, but I hadn't received anything. I had Michelin X-ice before. No difference, except for the price of Michelin being around 15-18% higher per tire.
