For its price, it's good tires. Not ideal, but if you drive carefully, it's just great. I bought 235/45/18 tires. In 2022, I bought them for 5500

I don't regret the purchase, excellent price-quality ratio, bought in autumn 2022, very satisfied. Previously, I had a new Nokian Hakkapeliitta, there is a certain difference, but it's not critical. On a winter road, with any tire, you need to be careful while driving and not exceed the capabilities of any tire.

They handle the road very well. I understand that the tire is new, but I didn't expect such stability from a Chinese brand. Both on snow and on ice, it has very good traction and handling. It's quite quiet, and I think it's an excellent choice for the price. 10/10

The review is based on a comparison with the previous use of Bridgestone Revvo GT. Overall, they produce a positive impression, although more snow is needed for a full conclusion, and it is in short supply in the south in winter 2023. However, I noticed one unpleasant feature in the first hundreds of kilometers - it braked very poorly and held the car in turns. Presumably, the top layer of rubber is impregnated with something that gives poor traction with asphalt. But after 400-500 km, everything returned to normal. I have never observed this on other new tires before. In general, I recommend them. They are well-balanced, not noisy, of medium hardness, and overall well-made.

I haven't driven much on them, but since the beginning of the 2022-2023 winter, I've been driving on these tires; size 205-55-R16. The kind of winter we're having, at least in the central region, is well-known to everyone. Road conditions during this period have been literally everything: dry and wet asphalt, dry and wet ice, ice under snow, snow saturated with water, etc.
I used to use Hankook winter tires, also non-studded. And at first, Sailun Arctic seemed too soft, especially on turns. But I gradually got used to it. And I can say that in all the listed road conditions, these tires behave quite decently, of course, with moderate driving. On ice, it moves smoothly, starts confidently from a standstill, and doesn't skid when braking smoothly. Deep snow is also handled fairly well (up to the level of the bottom, of course): it digs in calmly and moves forward. I don't know how soon they will wear out yet.
In general, I'm satisfied, especially since the price is adequate.

My first friction tires and the first Chinese friction tires. By the way, I've already driven 3 seasons on Chinese summer tires, and I'm very pleased with them, I don't see any difference with tires that are twice, three, or five times more expensive.
These tires impressed me much less than the Chinese summer tires.
1. On dry asphalt and at a relatively high temperature (+10...+15 - I installed them in the fall, in advance, non-studded, of course), if you drive a bit more actively, the car skids outward on a turn, understeers, and then very sharply, unexpectedly, and unusually, dives into the turn. It seems like the tire is collapsing (225/55 R17). In general, when switching from summer to winter tires, I never felt a significant change in the car's behavior before. With seasonal adjustments, of course. But this tire is very different, and in the worst way.
2. It doesn't work at all on ice. Not at all. NOT AT ALL! When braking in front of a speed bump or an intersection, if you're going too fast, you can easily rear-end the car in front of you.
In other aspects - snow, snowy slush, wet asphalt, dirt roads, and so on - it behaves perfectly.
Unfortunately, I don't know if all friction tires are as "good". But I'm more inclined to go back to studded tires.

Traction is almost like summer tires
Gets stuck in any snowbank
On ice, it skids very much
You're always stuck in a rut
It's terribly afraid of potholes
Among the advantages are the price, very good tread, not too noisy, and wear-resistant.- Vehicle:
