For the bus - the best
I drove on Hakkapelita CS for two seasons. 185/70R14c. I compared two identical Transits at the same time with two sets of new tires of the same size. Hakka CS vs Michelin SnowIce. Started on an icy hill with rear-wheel drive. The result is that the winter Michelin Hakke is not a competitor. Moreover, I didn't even buy the Hakka!!! The wheels wore out equally -

Excellent tire, runs on the truck. Handling and braking are excellent. There is a small glitch, a load tire and the vehicle stiffens up. Feels significantly softer on the BFG.

I have studded versions of these tires. Traction isn't as good as winter tires on wet or dry roads, but surprisingly good on snow.
