A lot of out-of-town driving, I live in a village, and the Ural winter with a sharp cooling often gives slippery roads. For greater confidence, I always use studded tires. Now, Viatti 215/65 R16, the third season on my Nissan Terrano, and it's wonderfully handling snowy roads and ice, confidently plowing through the snow. The studs are holding well, with a loss of 5-7 studs over 3 years, I consider it not many. The main thing is that the tires still hold the road, there is directional stability, and stopping is under control.
