First 1000 km in the logbook. Handling on dry/wet is good, as well as braking. Can't estimate durability yet (1000 km). Aquaplaning at speeds up to 130 km/h I didn't notice. Handling on snow is good, but more than 7-8 cm of snow there hasn't been yet. Handling on ice can't be assessed yet, as there was a very small amount of black ice. Winter has just begun (mid December),

A great tire for its low price. Much better than the Chinese competitors. The authoritative magazines are writing about their city orientation. Really, only the crunch of the studs reminds me of winter tires when driving on dry asphalt. Braking and acceleration without jerks. Wet asphalt is a bit worse, but quite comfortable and no nerves. On snowy roads, it does not lose stability, but it does skid a bit. And, on bare ice, it was possible to test, predictable loss of front

I chose these tires on the advice of a friend, looking for the best value for money, as I didn't have a lot of choice on the budget. The 200-profile Gislaveds were rejected as I didn't notice any difference and didn't want to pay extra. As for my impressions, 1. Plus points: + quiet (no noise, you can only hear the sound of the studs if you open the window and then only the pleasant sound of the tread on the asphalt

Before buying Gislaved NF100, I was using Gislaved 4, which I had been driving for 4 winters and then passed on to my cousin who has been driving them for the second winter. Given this experience, I decided to try out the 100. After the first winter, I lost not a single stud, which is a very high standard considering my aggressive driving style and the fact that I primarily drive on city roads where there is little snow. I'm now into my

Good tyres, for dry icy conditions, hold well on clean ice, but problems begin to appear with a snow cover, the sipes get clogged and the low number of studs becomes apparent. On a clean road and on black ice, the tyres are not a problem, acoustic comfort on point.

Today I put on a set, but I can already say that my hopes for quiet tread on this studded tire were crushed. It’s just a bit louder than a non-studded tire. The Michelin X-Ice North is much louder. On wet asphalt it behaves well, doesn’t skid on the brakes like most studded and soft non-studded tires do. It can handle curves well, directional stability is good too. So, if you need a relatively quiet studded tire,

The tire is the quietest of all that I've experienced. It's not surprising, though. It contains a reduced number of tread blocks compared to the classic version. As a result, the noise level in winter is almost indistinguishable from that of a summer tire. Honestly, I was shocked. On asphalt, whether wet or dry, it brakes amazingly well and handles snow perfectly. However, braking on ice is not its strong suit. In such cases, you need to be extremely cautious. The contact patch shape is optimal, resembling a rectangle with no rounded edges. In other words, it's perfect for areas with minimal icy surfaces. It's a pity that it's no longer available for purchase.

I bought these German-made tyres in size 235/55/R17 for my VW T5, because I drive on the same in the winter, but in my VW GOLF I have 195/65/R15. On the ice, it’s a solid 4, on wet asphalt also 4, it doesn’t lose traction in puddles, and the traction is simply superb. In Minsk, where the snow is shoveled from the driveways only by car owners, and not

The tires have been a pleasant surprise. 4 seasons of fairly intensive use have not caused any problems. The remaining tread depth is about 85-90%. The tire is comfortable - quiet and soft. There's a small drawback to handling on snow - a slight skid, as well as on dry pavement - it floats noticeably due to the softness. Handling on ice is excellent. Thanks to the directional tread pattern,

We drove on this tire last winter. As for this tire, I can say that it has only one minus – its price and the problem of finding it. In other respects, it's all pluses! It is virtually noise-free (apparently, 96 studs make a noticeably smaller noise than standard 130-150), studs hold well, at least not a single one lost over the winter, it behaves confidently on ice, and also great on packed snow, it's a bit worse in
