A good tire in its price range. Made and developed in Europe – that's a plus. For the southern winter of our region, it offers an optimal winter balance when 90% of the winter is snow-free and the temperature is around zero. Braking on dry roads without any complaints. On wet roads, slightly worse, but within the acceptable limits. Doesn't clog in the snow and brakes well. Snowy slush – excellent. Black ice – worse, but it's worth remembering

Considering the snowless winter 2017-2018 in our region – it is really great!!

Bought for the first time - yes, drove on hakke R2 (also without studs), didn't notice a critical difference, seemed much softer on a dry road, excellent on a wet one, even seemed better than hakki on snow. Overall, everything is good + excellent price to quality ratio.

I'm not a professional tester, so I'll just write my impressions after switching from old Hakka 7 to Gislaved Soft Frost 200.
Spoiler: better in all parameters.
They are quieter, they are softer (I put pressure at 2.4).
I took the tires without studs, since in Kaliningrad the snow doesn't linger.
I would also say that they have no vibration, but most likely it was because the Hakka 7 was old, and these are new tires, but I balance them after each wheel change.
When driving through puddles, the car brakes less than with Hakka.

I'll mention the downsides: I didn't like the design of the patterns on the sidewall. Some kind of cheap and tasteless.
And also the tire protrudes very much over the disk - on the one hand, it's a plus that the disk will be more intact, but on the other hand, it looks ugly. Well, I like tires with a pronounced shoulder, not with bulges, when the tires have a rounded corner, like this one.
That is, my main complaints are about appearance, not operational quality

Excellent tires for our winter, definitely better than all Chinese tires. They handle snowy slush excellently, perform well on icy roads and dry asphalt, and also have low noise levels when driving on all types of road surfaces, and are wear-resistant!

High-quality tire, balances perfectly, the car handles well on both dry and wet roads. Haven't had a chance to drive on snow yet as I live in a southern region. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Certainly not Nord Frost 3, but a worthy tire, good directional stability and not noisy. I've been using it for three months, no regrets.

I changed tires in the fall, took Soft Frost 200 due to the balance of price and reviews of owners, sellers. On my "Cide" they behave neatly, softly, while gripping the ice well. They don't squeal when braking, don't float. The mileage is almost all in the city, sometimes I go out to the suburbs, but there is mainly asphalt and cleaned roads. Through the snowy slush that still often blocks the way - confident movement, without wheelspin. After work, I often drive in the dark, so predictability and quick reaction are important - everything is in order.

A worthy tire for its price! It holds ice better than Cordiant, but loses a bit in aquaplaning. In comparison with Ecogrip at the same price, Gislaved will hold ice better, but will concede in directional stability, wet road, and aquaplaning. Wear resistance is excellent!

Good tires. Bought after a studded set. Completely satisfied with the purchase this year. Trips to the city, highway, suburb. Daily use. Driving mode is calm. Good on snow, slush and mud, and not bad on ice, when you remember that it's winter outside. A bit noisy within normal limits. Hope it will continue to please in the future. I recommend it for its price-quality ratio. Bought on sale, the price was pleasing.
