This is not my first friction tire, so I have something to compare it to. So, let's get started - it was bought to replace a studded Nitto tire that was driving me crazy with its noise from the studs. In terms of comfort, this tire is good, the silence in the cabin is one of the criteria I have for tires, and comfort is made up of small things. I have no complaints about handling, either on fresh snow or on packed snow, and on ice, I'd say it's a solid four out of five. I had a chance to test it on a winter road with an icy rut, and I was driving smoothly at 80 km/h, I could have gone even faster if I were alone. It was no problem to get out of the rut when overtaking, and I also tried sharp braking on the ice in the rut and was quite pleased with the result - it was very responsive, and the car didn't throw me around or try to spin out. The handling is quite predictable, although there were a couple of moments when I thought I'd try to intentionally send the car into a skid on turns and on a circle, and that's when the tire surprised me - it just followed the trajectory without any hint of skidding, whereas on my previous studded tires, the car would skid. It's too early to talk about durability, as well as aquaplaning, but driving on the highway, winter roads, and in the city in bad weather with snowstorms and blizzards, the tire has shown itself well. If compared to Viking 7 and Hakkapeliitta R3, I want to say that it doesn't concede to them in any way. I want to add to everything I've said that I'm not the most calm driver. I can confidently recommend this tire for purchase.

Excellent tires. They handle the road well at any speed. I tested them on mud and ice at speeds from 40 to 100. On mud, they drive and brake more confidently. But in any case, the driver should have a head on their shoulders, regardless of the tires.

Excellent tires for a low price, and with a good discount, in Omsk the price range is from 6200 to 6700 for these tires at Mosavtoshina, I bought them for 5230, even with the cost of delivery to my region, it's really cheaper. The tires arrived this year, for which I would like to say a special thank you. The tires themselves are better than Nokian, Viatti, Formula Ice, and Sordiant, specifically the non-studded ones!!! And Gislaved is even cheaper! This is the Russian version of Continental tires, I forgot the exact name, but it's available online. The tires are excellent in all aspects. Buy them, you won't regret it.

I chose between several models last autumn, but stopped at Soft Frost 200. After a driven winter season, the impressions are positive. The tires are very soft, especially in frost, and effectively absorb bumps. Solaris has become significantly more comfortable to drive, even on paving stones or broken asphalt.
In the winter, there was a lot of changeable weather - from dry roads to snowy slush. They maintained traction worthily in all conditions. On ice - understandably, it's better not to rush, but when driving calmly, they behaved reliably.
As a plus, braking is also good: there was not a single dangerous situation. Even in wet snow at a traffic light, they brake smoothly, without surprises. I also liked that they are not too noisy.
