The tyre, as expected, performed well both in city roads and out of it. It crawled out of the snowdrifts normally, and fairly confidently groomed the snowy mush. I must say, I was not expecting such a silence in the cabin as I’m accustomed to the humming of the belt, but here there’s nothing, just excellent silence even on the worn-out asphalt.

For the softness of the tyres they have good wear resistance and give a good road feeling. On snow-covered roads, they demonstrated good traction, I have not driven so relaxed on snow for a long time. After storage, they did not deform and did not crack. In conditions of -10 to +10 winter works well.

The tire has been on my car for three to four months, and in that time I've driven through mud, slush, heavy snow on the road, and even ice. After all those challenges, I can confidently say that the tire is robust and worth its price. The question of its durability remains, but based on what I've seen so far, it shouldn't degrade quickly, at least not in the first season.

The tyre is soft and quiet, however durable and resistant to sharp impacts with curbs or potholes. On snowy conditions, the tread pattern works effectively. On black ice for 2-3 days, I didn't notice any difference in the car's behavior, all turns and lane changes were made with full comfort. In one season, 8-9 thousand km, tread wear was 15-20%.

I bought the tires for my Volkswagen Touareg in the 275/45 R20 size. I paid 46,000 rubles for the set, which is a lot cheaper than the Michelin or Continental for the same size. However, I didn't notice any difference in the traction on the road. On the contrary, it seemed to me that on wet and snowy roads the car is more controllable. There's very little noise, although I'm not a fan of complete silence.

These tires were purchased to replace the worn out 8-year-old Yokohama's, there's almost no noise at 60km/h, excellent traction on dry asphalt, wet snow, but if there's ice under the asphalt, you need to be careful as it tends to slide slightly, but it's not excessive, braking is normal for a studded tire, so you need to be attentive, in general, from the studded tires available in this size range, this is a good option

Yokohama Ice Guard SUV 215/70R16 100T made in Thailand on ice and packed snow does not brake at all, but glides perfectly. At a temperature of -25°C, the braking distance on ice at a speed of 30 km/h is 26 meters. Only for asphalt, they are afraid of ice and snow! Sergey, Omsk.

I used to drive on studded tires every winter. In autumn 2018, I bought Yokohama Ice Guard and felt the difference in winter. I felt more confident on the road, even on icy surfaces, as long as I was keeping to the speed limit. The car handled and braked well. I was extremely sorry that I hadn’t switched to these tires sooner. Another surprise was when I switched back to studded tires (Hankook), the winter tires were much quieter on

Based on h-trail 31. For Moscow normal. Compared to G 073 a bit worse. On turns on ice slides more, on acceleration on ice adhesion worse. But brake much better. Judging by my car. Excellent wear resistance.

Excellent tire, performs like a train on ice and snow, excellent handling. The tread is very deep, at least in the 285/75/16 size, cannot comment on others. Don't expect handling on dry roads like a summer tire, it's still a winter tire. It replaced Dunlop Grandtrek SJ6, Yokohama is significantly better in all parameters. In general, I recommend it, will get the same for my next winter tire. The price-to-quality ratio is
