Decent tires, suited the Focus well. Handles well, when ESP is turned off, it gets out of deep snow without any assistance. Once it did bottom out, but no tire would help in that situation. On dry asphalt before winter, it used to skid on sharp turns - need to drive slower.

I like the tires, it's the second time I'm buying a set of winter tires from this company. Only this time the studs are less grippy, I'm experiencing discomfort on the road.

I liked the tires, they behave decently on ice, but are quite noisy on asphalt. It's necessary to break in new tires, they become quieter. In snowy slush, they don't grip well, like most tires in general. The studs are in place, although I haven't used them for a long time yet.

Ran just one season, but can say about the tire, that it is soft, it goes smoothly over uneven surfaces, dry, wet and snowy track drives perfectly. A frozen road, in general, no problem too. Tires, absolutely recommend!

She's better than the previous Yokohama which lasted for 9 winters (on separate wheel set). A bit noisier on clean asphalt. Don't know about durability yet, so 5 stars as a tribute to the previous set which is still driving on another car.

I bought Yokohama Ice Guard Ig65 205/55 R16. Previously, I had driven for 12 years solely on winter tires Gislaved. Nord Frost 5 went for 4 seasons, after the third season, there were almost no studs and the decision was made to try something new. Ice Guard IG65, a 2017 novelty, attracted my attention with its price and design. Additionally, my summer tires from this manufacturer performed well for 4 years. The

The most important thing about studded tires is studs. YOKOHAMA ICEGUARD 65's studs are very robust, fit very well. I did not shake them off with pliers, but even in spring I couldn't, after three months of driving. Excellent traction accompanied me almost throughout the winter, there were a few critical moments, but I successfully pulled out of them, and continued on with my business. Impressed by this, I'll say - guys, put on the tires

I bought the tires in the fall of 2024, based on the reviews I read, the price-quality ratio of the tires was good. The tires disappointed me. After changing from summer to winter tires, I immediately felt that the tires don't like the rut, they throw me out of the rut. With my summer tires and my previous winter tires Nokian Nordman 7, I didn't feel this effect. In the second season, I already felt, in addition to the rut, a slight vibration on the car body from 80 to 120 km/h on good asphalt, and at 140 km/h this vibration was not felt. I did wheel balancing in three different tire shops, but the vibration remained as it was. When switching to summer tires, the vibration disappeared and I stopped feeling the rut. By the way, I have one set of alloy wheels and two sets of tires, winter and summer. Over 2 seasons, I drove 28,000 km, about 3-4 studs fell out of the wheel (I didn't count exactly), but due to such drawbacks as rut, vibration, I don't want to drive on them anymore. What I liked was that the noise from them is moderate, there is no such hum as it was on Nokian Nordman 5,7.

Excellent handling on ice and snowy roads. I drove 15,000 km in one winter - almost all the studs are in place. I hope it will last long.
