What can I say about the Yokohama IG65? In my humble opinion, it's the best winter tire I've ever purchased. No kidding, it's a fantastic tire that can handle not only wet asphalt and snow, but also hard ice. I am a cautious driver and prefer to not exceed the speed limit. The noise from the tire is almost negligible. Of course, if you do increase the speed, you will hear something, but as I said, I prefer to drive "

Used to ride on IG55, as it was discontinued from production, decided to try out the IG65. In principle, the old model was already satisfying me, but with the IG65 it became clear that there's no limit to perfection) Take it, you won't regret it!

A rare non-noisy studded tire, I don't know how but there's no hum like you usually get from studded tires. On black ice, they grip well, keep the car on trajectory, and pull it out of a rut without any issues. Acceleration is also fine, they don't skid much if you press the gas, and they brake excellently.

Does not confidently hold the road on ice and packed snow, unexpected lateral skidding occurs. In loose snow, it behaves excellent. On asphalt, it is good.

Third winter, studding so far only pleases, did not think that it would withstand my driving so well. Often drive on asphalt, but the studs are practically all there. Well, maybe 2-3 somewhere I don't see, but otherwise okay.

Excellent tires. I'm not buying them for the first time. I use them in the Far East. I put Yokohama on all my cars, both winter and summer. I always choose studded tires because of the weight of the car for more reliable movement on icy surfaces. This is my decision, everyone chooses for themselves. I like studded tires. The tire is very quiet, despite the studs. Excellent balancing. People write in reviews that it's soft. I agree. It probably wears out faster than Bridgestone or Toyo. But the comfort of driving and confidence outweigh this minus. The studs are securely attached. The same tires are on my Prado, it's been 3 years. I haven't seen any lost studs yet. Plus, the winters are not very snowy now, often asphalt, despite this, the studs are in place and intact in shape. I recommend these tires.
