Tyre reviews Hankook Z222 Ventus RS3. Page 3 65

A perfect semi-slick in terms of price to performance. Can be driven in the city, though it's pretty loud. On the track, needs to be warmed up and then sticks well. On wet surfaces, be very cautious, not a rain tire. Great tire.

A great tire for the price, excellent traction on dry pavement, good braking, quiet and swallows potholes decently. No cupping. Cons - fast wear and poor handling on wet pavement, also doesn't like to track.

Some of the best for track and circuit use on an amateur level, but discontinued, and no new RS4s are being imported.

A good tire for the price, a good grip, which is what I was looking for for mixed driving with occasional track days, there are certainly better, but they are also more expensive, and wear in the city is more, this one has a good balance of these qualities. As is typical for a grippy tire, it is loud, which may not suit everyone.

These tires are excellent. The rim is top-notch, especially when they're warmed up - they stick to the road like glue! They showed themselves well in water, but you shouldn't overdo it, since they're not designed for that. Acceleration, braking, and cornering - they perform at 100%! What's particularly nice is the price and quality! However, it's also worth considering that the tire is soft and will only last for a couple of seasons if used in the city

Used for a track day at a local amateur timed attack. The Hancook U1 OE32 is a great tire for a coupe with moderate wear - exactly what I needed. I liked them much more than the Federal RSR595, which was confirmed by the lap time. Other characteristics don't interest me in this aspect.

Almost a perfect tire!!! Thought it would be terrible in the rain, but it's dry and gripping! Very sensitive to road camber and profile, extremely variable in noise depending on the structure and texture of the asphalt, almost un-puncture-able!!!! For me, the most important thing is grip and handling, and in this it's unbeatable, and considering the price!!!!! I'd compare it to the Michelin Pilot Sport 3, but at half the price! The successor tire will be

These are actually the first "semi-slicks" I used on my car, so the review may be slightly exaggerated in terms of the sensations experienced on Hankooks on the road). I came to two conclusions: first, the lug is extremely good at the first 30-40% of wear, it's not extremely good, but the best from all other brands and models I’ve tried. Of course, it’s far from Advan AD08, etc. on Hankooks
