Tyre reviews Hankook W419 i Pike RS 300

Attention, guys, this is a real review (not ordered).
I have used these tires for a full 2 winter seasons (from November to April).
Driving style: moderately aggressive. I don't spare the tire. I accelerate where necessary, drive into the turn where I need to, and brake where necessary:))).
City (pavement - dry asphalt, treated with reagents, slush).
Highway (1 time in

This winter I took Hankook W419 i Pike RS 205/65 R16 95T (studded). I took a 65, so the car would be a bit higher (Hyundai i40) and this winter I didn't "chirp" anywhere. What can I say, previously I had a similar approach, I didn't save money for winter and bought brands, and for summer I didn't care which one. But I decided to save money and try something simpler

I bought Hankook tires a month ago, 215/55/16, and I previously drove on the Yokohama tire of the same size. Compared to the Yokohama tire, I can say that the Hankook tires are an order of magnitude better in all qualities. The traction on ice and snow is excellent. The noise level is moderate.

Wore out in one season - deflated by around 50% after approximately 10,000 miles, all studs came out completely, driven calmly, even on the rear wheels (not the driven ones). The tyre has been disappointing, the car floats on ice like this only...

"Syrk" constantly dug into the previous owner's tire rubber, it was almost at its limit. Taking into account that it's mostly the wife driving him, and she drives to the village in Vladimir Oblast to visit her ancestors - she got stuck there a couple of times))). Hello all! I recently purchased this model of tire a week ago and put it on immediately. The size is 205/60/R16 but in a version with studs (not studded). I have already driven almost 500 km on it. Of course, I have not yet experimented with snowy roads, as it snowed only in the mountains, on the pass (Crimea), but under heavy rain, the tire has passed the test. I'm not a full-time driver for a year

I bought Hankook 205/55 R16 in 2012 and ran them for 4 seasons. I must say I'm more than satisfied. For 20 000 km, this quality is great. Considering I live in the countryside, the road is asphalt only in some places, and I drive at least 100 km per day, with constant city and highway driving and once a month, a trip to Podolsk and Tver in any weather. I'm more than satisfied.

I don't even know what good things to write about this tire. I've been driving on them for the third season, with a relatively small mileage. The tire looks like new, all the studs are in place.
Sometimes, I turn somewhere, and the car goes (slides) straight, and this is at a speed of ~20 km/h, or even lower. At higher speeds in turns, the rear tries to skid. It doesn't like snowy mush at all!
Among the advantages - it's not bad at driving in snow. Braking is also normal.
Some years ago, I read tests, if I'm not mistaken, "Behind the Wheel", Hankook tires performed the worst! I probably agree with the publication.
I've driven many cars and different tires, perhaps only Amtele NordMaster is worse.
I have no complaints about the quality of manufacture.

I bought these tires in September 2018, just in time for the season. They are 215/50/17.
Over two seasons, I've clocked around 30,000 km on these tires - I live in Siberia, where I drive on winter tires from October to May (8 months a year), with 80% city driving.

I fitted 215/65 16 on the Niva, with mild winters and mostly dry asphalt. However, in moments when after a thaw, ice appears, it's hard to underestimate the importance of the studs, as the lug gets detached at borderline temperatures. In general, by the end of the season, not a single stud has fallen off, only wear is noticeable around the seating areas on the front axle, where there used to be a snowflake.
