I started with 4 winters (total 95000 with summer) on Yokohama tires on studs. The tire is good, but the studs are a pain. What won Gislaved over. First of all, Germany, secondly the density of the tire is very pleasing (tried to throw the tire on the floor, see the bounce, it's great). Holds the road very confidently, on serious snow drifts on the roads, of course, there are questions, but if

Tires in 215/55"18 size. The previous tires were 16 inches in diameter, Hakuapeli 8. This is the pinnacle of perfection as I see it. The only drawback was that they were too noisy.
Gislavet 200 are excellent tires for relaxed driving or those who want to "push it a bit". I also used Gislavet 5 on the Renault Logan. The main drawback was early wear on the front axle. As I

Great tyres, I drive a GW Wingle 5 pickup, they keep the road well, even at -30 (haven't experienced colder temperatures yet), don't get hard as a rock. Made in Germany!!!

Satisfied with the tires. Good winter "European" tire. Very comfortable. For those who want extreme performance - I think you should look elsewhere.

I have driven on these tires for three seasons and approximately 30,000 km. The first two seasons were simply excellent, but in the third season, the four-wheel drive and anti-lock braking system failed, resulting in many studs not withstanding the wheelspin, with few being torn out, but about 40% worn down, although after the first two seasons, almost all the studs were in place and intact, with only 6-7 being torn out. The tread has hardly worn out, with a remaining depth of 6.5-7 mm.
I repeat, in the first two seasons, everything was excellent in terms of driving on any type of road, both on asphalt and on snow and ice, but, naturally, not like on dry asphalt, but always predictably and stopped where I wanted, given that I usually drive a bit faster than the flow and brake later.
If it weren't for the factory's transition from under Continental's wing and the use of different materials for the production of these tires, I would definitely buy them again, but in current conditions, I will likely buy something Chinese or Korean, but not Nokian :) or maybe I'll re-stud these and continue driving on them :)
