The Volvo C30 hatchback started rolling off the assembly line in 2006. Before that, the model in the form of a concept was presented back in 2001. To this was added a whole range of new technologies. As a result, such a restyling allowed creating a practically new car. In the same year, the company presented the C30 Polestar modification, which had a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine under the hood, producing 400 horsepower. But this was just a concept. Two years later, a production version appeared, which was not so "charged" - only 250 horsepower. Despite all the efforts on the part of the new owner, the model did not receive the desired popularity, although it actively participated in various racing events, taking leading positions. Therefore, in 2013, production was discontinued without a successor.
