I left a review of these tires back in 2018 and I'm still riding on them, only one stud has fallen out, I recommend them.
Previous review - The rubber is no worse than famous brands. It feels like all the more famous companies I've had a chance to ride on. The only minus that I didn't like was braking on dry frosty asphalt, by the way, there's no such point here), it slips, before that on my previous set I had BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2, they didn't have this problem. But overall, I recommend, I'm satisfied, especially with the price, these tires have no competition in this size R18, 245/60.

Good tires from a well-known manufacturer. The rubber itself, in terms of profile, is similar to an all-season tire with large blocks. Snow, snow slush, and spring mud are not an obstacle for this tire. However, there are very few spikes and they protrude very slightly, which somewhat negatively affects braking on ice. Asphalt, wet asphalt, and snow - the tires show good results. The rubber itself is very soft and did not become hard even in -36 degrees Celsius frost. The tire is very quiet, possibly due to the small number of spikes and their protrusion, very similar to Bridgestone Blizzak. It was balanced well and showed itself only from the good side throughout the winter. I recommend!

Snow holds well, ice doesn't hold at all, especially thin one.

For this money, excellent tires. It holds the road perfectly, it goes through the snow like a tank. All the studs are in place. But there is a nuance, it's the noise.
