The tires arrived from a fire—there are burn marks, and polyethylene has melted onto the tire. The seller refused the return. For information: the melting temperature of the lowest-grade polyethylene starts at 106 degrees; when tires are locally heated to such temperatures, it critically affects the tire's properties. I don't understand at all how such goods are allowed to be sold!
