Tyre reviews Bridgestone Blizzak DM V2. Page 4 440

Great tire. I've been running a second set. The first was a V1. The V2 is much better on grip and handling on icy roads. As a note (not a flaw) I'd like to mention absolute unsuitability for driving in spring mud - it "blows" immediately, but that's already the rule for all "grippers".

Good tire. I traveled from Moscow to Sochi and Sukhum during the New Year's holidays, and then back to Moscow. On the serpentine, there was a strong rain, the car held the road confidently. The temperature changed over two days (while driving from Sochi to Moscow) from +16 to -12.

In Yakutsk it's the best.
According to my friend's readings, it doesn't freeze at -40, that's for sure. It might even be lower, but he didn't take the car out in -50, just kidding).
And the choice fell on this
P.S. Meanwhile, it's -15 here

It's just wonderful tires. I bought them three times for different cars, all-wheel drive. However, from this year on, I regretfully refuse. 19 thousand per tire is beyond good and evil. Worn-out Bridgestone is almost zero and goes to the trash, and I'm replacing it with Triangle. I'm not happy, but there's nothing I can do.

Hello! I purchased Bridgestone Blizzak DM V2 225/55 R19 99T back in early 2021, and only today did I decide to write a review. Previously, I had no experience with studded tires. The tire met all my expectations. It's quiet and soft. It handles snow well! However, it's not stable on ice, but I think all tires are like that in such conditions.

I had doubts about the Russian version of Blizzak DMV2... unnecessarily. They fit perfectly in the mounting. The load turned out to be not heavy. There were no beats and deviations.
I used to use DMV1 Japan, I was delighted.
It's necessary to say that these tires are only slightly worse in grip. But they are excellent, just excellent. Japanese ones are probably a bit better, they gripped better.
I'm satisfied with the tires. They allow me to drive quite calmly and quickly in winter on different surfaces with a full-wheel drive car.- Vehicle:

Took instead of studded Hakkapeliitta 8 SUV, because it started to howl after 50 km/h to a headache. Having driven the whole winter, not once regretted my choice. Quiet, comfortable, predictable.

I've been driving on this tire for 6 years, considering a short winter season (1-2 months a year). And it will last for another couple of seasons. I drive not only at home, but also in the middle lane often in winter. I'm very satisfied with the rubber, when it wears out I'll take the same one.

It handles the road perfectly. Climbing in and out of a snowbank is also not a problem. On a slippery road, it's also quite acceptable. It feels even better than the studded tires that were on before.

I was hesitant, wondering whether to buy or not, could have bought a cheaper one from another brand, but still decided to go for it. Excellent quality, no regrets, 3 winters have passed - no complaints, excellent grip on the road. Confidently handle both snow and ice, the likelihood of aquaplaning is minimal. Quiet and passable.
