They are the original bike tyres. I use them mainly on the road and in urban settings. I've never been surprised by how grippy they are. I've never slipped on white lines or manhole covers. I've tested them in mud and snow as well. Not so great in extreme conditions, although they're not designed for that. Very slippery! Really, designed for roads!
