Good tires

Excellent tires. I've driven the first generation for 5 seasons, everything was great, very reliable

Those who write that the tire is soft don't understand what soft tires are. I feel the softness with my neck. I have a herniated disc in my spine. I brought a new 2022 car and immediately felt the delight of this tire when I left the salon! It was so bumpy that it drove me almost to psychosis. Yes, yes Bridgestone Blizzak DM V2. I drove 220 km on it, removed it and installed another one with soft sides. I won't mention which one, I don't want to advertise. I'm writing from the heart. In other aspects, I also tested it (snow, slush, turns), everything is just great. I'm 59 years old, I don't need to accelerate, conquer spaces, or turn sharply. I just want to move comfortably and slowly. Few people write honestly. IN SHORT, to those who don't like teeth-rattling tires, pass them by!!!!! If my revelation helps someone, I'll be very happy. The tire is good. I live in the countryside where the roads are rarely cleaned. The car moves smoothly, without slipping, the tread is good for off-road. They handle packed snow, slush, and wet asphalt well. The only minus I noticed is that when driving on ice, fuel consumption increases significantly. But the fact that control is maintained on them is a big plus.

Good tires, no complaints so far. It's already the third year I've been installing them, and even when it's above freezing outside, there's no noise, even on asphalt. At subzero temperatures, they don't lose elasticity, and it's comfortable to drive. On snow and slush, they don't slip, the car always responds, and when turning, it doesn't hesitate, it can handle icy roads. I like them.

Excellent tires from a proven manufacturer, fully satisfy for southern winters. I've been buying this brand for over 20 years, which has proven itself. I advise everyone. Tires are safety, and they are worth their money. They give confidence on a winter road, the main thing is not to drive recklessly, and with everything else they cope excellently.

Overall, the tire is not bad for asphalt, but the first snowfalls showed that for an off-road vehicle, it lacks studs and "aggressiveness". I bought it due to the lack of alternative options in this size, 198/80 R15

I drove for three seasons on Bridgestone DM-V1 Japan. There are no better tires. That's what I think to this day. Ideal tires. They wore out without becoming unbalanced with proper care, almost to zero. I drove on them in the summer. Super grip, both in winter and summer, on any surface. I bought Bridgestone DM-V2 Russia here, since there were no Japanese ones. I somewhat don't quite trust tires of domestic production. No, not all of our products, just tires.

At the tire shop, all the tires were mounted on checked wheels for vibration, which is a super pro service. Two tires had slight vibration on the 8th degree, two had a slight ellipse. Acceptable. Maybe they'll settle in.

Grip: after an unsuccessful experience with Michelin XAS, these tires grip the ice much more confidently (the weather is very slippery with ice everywhere in central Russia today)

I managed to stop the car on ice a couple of times and didn't notice the ABS working at all. That's good. The side skids were light.

The tires are less noisy than Michelin's.

I'll try to write more about the noise and vibration with more mileage. I would like Russian tire production to pleasantly surprise me... I really believe

Bought a used car with DM-V2 tires in 2019. During the period of operation, they passed the test on very rough snow and icy roads. I'm satisfied. In city conditions, they drive predictably, brake without problems. Quiet. Wear marks are moderate, as I wear them out, I'll take them consciously again.
