Cooper Discoverer A/T3

A great tire for general and off-road driving. I wouldn't recommend using it in winter as it grips snow okay but barely brakes on it. I use it spring-summer-fall. Not too loud, soft, and very good at absorbing road imperfections. After 40,000 km, there's some wear, and all white markings have worn off, but it's from driving off-road. I would buy it again.

I have driven on a lot of tires so I have something to compare to. First, I must say it is much noisier than a regular track tire. Whoever writes that it is not noisy probably compares it to a muddy tyre which is naturally much noisier. But this is not a mud tyre! It gets clogged up immediately in the mud. It also skids out of the ruts immediately and if the ground is wet, it is almost impossible to get out of it.

The Cooper Discoverer A/T3 tires came with the car purchase at a dealership in November 2013, and I've since put 50,000 km on them. I drive daily, both in winter and summer, and the tire tread design gives me confidence on dry asphalt, in the rain, and even on a forest road.
