Headway tires are produced by order of the trading company China Rubber & Tire Export, Inc., which places orders at the factories of one of the leaders of the tire industry in China - Shandong Hengyu Rubber Co.,Ltd. The company is not only engaged in the production of tires for passenger cars, but also for trucks, special and agricultural equipment. In terms of annual production volume, the company is among the world leaders.

The Headway brand owes its appearance to the targeted program "National Torch Plan", under which it is planned to capture a significant share of foreign markets, including countries of Eastern Europe, including Russia, of course.

Headway tires are the result of close cooperation with the largest universities in China, including Singhua University, Bejing University of Chemical Technology, and The Science & Technology University of Qingdao. They are among the leading scientific organizations in China, which allows us to say that Headway tires represent a modern high-tech product.

As for the production enterprise, it is the owner of a number of international certificates, which in one way or another confirm the high quality of Headway tires. Indirect evidence of this can be considered the contracts concluded by the company for the supply of tires of this brand to the assembly lines of the largest Chinese manufacturers, including FAW, Foton, JAC.

Currently, about 12 million passenger tires are produced under the Headway brand every year. The entire model range is designed exclusively for passenger cars and light trucks.

The flagship of the Headway passenger tire line is the HU901 model. It belongs to the Ultra High Performance category and is positioned by the manufacturer as a tire for powerful premium-class sedans. Its size range includes several dozen sizes with a rim diameter from 16 to 20 inches. Among the key features of this model, it is worth noting the asymmetric tread pattern and short braking distance on wet pavement.

At the other end of the summer passenger tire range is the Headway HC768. This model is designed for compact passenger cars with a wheel diameter of 13 or 14 inches. Despite its low cost, this model with an original S-shaped symmetric tread pattern provides a high level of comfort and excellent fuel efficiency.

The summer tire line also includes two models for SUVs and crossovers. The Headway HR801 is addressed to owners of all-wheel drive vehicles that move mainly on asphalt roads. Nevertheless, the drainage grooves of its tread are equipped with "stone ejectors", which, in combination with a large number of blocks, allows for confident movement on dirt roads.

The second representative of Headway SUV tires, the HR701, is better suited for driving on rough terrain. In addition, it is distinguished by the possibility of operation throughout the year.

The Headway winter tire range is represented by only one tire - the HW501. It is offered in two versions - with studs and without. In addition, this model is distinguished by the presence of a V-shaped symmetric directional tread pattern with a high degree of lamellization, which allows for confident movement on ice.

The line of tires for minivans and light trucks includes three models. The Headway HR601 tire is distinguished by its excellent adaptability to poor-quality roads and dirt roads, for which it has "stone ejectors" in its tread. The HR602 and HR802 models are designed for operation on asphalt roads, where they are distinguished by low rolling resistance and a very long service life.
