Only in this country is a version with a diesel engine available - this is a modern in-line "four" T-Gdi of the Kappa family with a volume of 1.5 liters, developing 160 horsepower and 253 Nm of torque. For all other markets, a version with an old 2-liter "atmospheric" engine of the Nu series with a power of 157 horsepower is offered, which can only be combined with a 6-speed "automatic". At the same time, the "Indian" crossover is available with a manual transmission. A common feature of all versions is the drive system - torque can only be transmitted to the front axle.

Equipment

In the Indian market, the car is available in six trim levels. Only the most equipped versions are exported, which have options in the "base" that are not available for the regular Creta.
