Expensive tires, but they're worth it
Lately, I've been dreaming of driving on Michelin tires. I've heard a lot of good things about them, so I decided to put them on my car, at least on the front, for the winter. The studded and non-studded tires were the same price. I used to always choose studded tires, but this time I decided to try the "soft" ones. They didn't disappoint. They grip the ice

Decent tires for a decent price
I bought them last year for $160 per wheel. My car is only a year old, so the break-in period was almost entirely on these tires in the winter (I only drove on the stock Bridgestone for a week back then). They didn't cause any complaints - only praise. In snow and slush, they perform like a tank (although the car's specifications also have an effect). I was able to drive into fairly deep snow without

I've read a lot of reviews and it seems to me that people don't really understand the difference between studs and studdable tires. This model is the leader in terms of price/quality for possible studdable tires. Confident handling even on ice! I've personally taken it on ice at the hakkapeli hill near my home and other crazy snows. The only thing that matters is the temperature!!! Under -10 this tire will give everyone a spin... I've tried it out

It still manages to drive on snow but if I speed up, it spins out on the ice. On the ice it doesn't hold at all, today on a steep incline a bit of slip, I get going and the car slides back and forth three times, barely managed to get out. Disappointed with this tire.

for summer stretched
on ice do not brake at all. had to reduce pressure from 2.1 to 1.8 atm. otherwise it's scary. abs creaks constantly. when starting without anti-slip system, it's quite difficult to move 1.7 tons - wheelspin even in 4th gear.
Pros: little noise
Cons: does not brake- Control on a dry road

The first winter tires, in my opinion, are very good.
I've driven through the winter - there are no obvious complaints. They handle well on dry asphalt (for winter tires). I liked their behavior on both wet roads and in puddles, and in slush (wet ice). I didn't see pure ice in the city, but they performed excellently on black ice. ABS kicked in several times throughout the winter during very sharp braking (although I never slam on the brakes

First friction tires. Experience of more than 20 years, but always drove on Nokian company studs. The tires came with the car. In general, everything is fine, but with snowdrifts you need to be more careful. Got stuck a couple of times. The tread is still quite good. There was no such problem with studs in principle. For a car with four-wheel drive, I would definitely buy it.

Excellent tires. They accelerate, brake and do everything that good tires should do, all as it should be.
Of the minuses, probably a very soft sidewall, even with a high profile, I got a bulge (I don't know how). But softness is also a plus, very quiet and comfortable.
If you don't consider the cost of friction tires from Michelin, these tires seem to have no other drawbacks- Vehicle:

I've been running them for 5 seasons now. When I bought them, I thought they would last for a couple of seasons. As of now, the wear is around 70%. Before, I was running studded tires. They are very comfortable and safe. ABS doesn't kick in, although the driving style is quite aggressive. They hold well on ice.

An excellent tire for extreme winter
I installed it last year. At temperatures below -5, the tire is super. Ice, frozen road, loose and rolled snow - this is its element. But. last year I only needed these properties a few times. And on asphalt, yes in the city, when it's warm - it's not its thing! I changed shoes almost in February, and this season, I hope it will come in handy! And the comparison with the 5th
