Bought after reading all the reviews on this page and many others, plus took a car loan, but money was left for tyres. Took. Installed. Drives.

No wear after a year. And the second one is ending, at first glance - similarly. The tread depth is true - there will be no wear.

Minuses - at a speed of over 70 you can hear the hum. I have a noise from the factory, but still it is audible.

I decided to buy this tire after dad drove on it for 3 seasons on the Snipe, then handed it over to me unnecessarily, and I sold it to the neighbor for the Snipe, coming to that point in financial crisis. He drove on it for another 2 seasons, with about half the tread left. He removed the studs and runs it in the summer, and bought the same one for winter. I bought 215/65/16.

Kama-515, 215/65 R16, appeared in the 25th year. The choice was based on price, but I wanted versatility, with decent off-road capability. After one winter, the tires impressed me. Initially, I was surprised by the wheel balancing: it stayed under 45 grams on all wheels. These might not be premium tires, but they are leaders in their segment. I'm satisfied with their road handling in the city and their performance on snow—so the desired versatility is there, especially since I didn't get stuck in snowbanks. I had read earlier in reviews that seasonal wear is no more than 1 mm—I didn't believe it, but it turned out to be roughly accurate. I concluded that these tires are suitable for a Mitsubishi Delica 2012.

Ran 23 seasons on a Chev Niva on such tires. Lost 5 spikes from each tire over the years. By the third winter, the tread was like new after re-treading. Pretty good traction in mud at high altitude, average in snow. One off-roader won a competition on these tires (Chev Niva club information). Good tire for its price.

The tire is great, holds the road well in the winter, but after the winter season it doesn't hold up well - it gets worn out and stops holding. I bought it again this autumn.

I'd recommend Dmitry to replace the balancer and not just one because 2/3 are balancing incorrectly, and he's already gone through this. After 5 balancer visits the tire started to crack, and it stopped on the 6th. You'll find a good balancer this way.

Same as the Yokohama I had before the Kama. Not stiff, well balanced, easy to drive on asphalt, and the tyres have sufficient traction in snow. Wheel balancing is within 10–40 grams. All studded tyres make noise. Rode last season—emotions are positive. Holds the road well, performs in snow, and after the season, still in good condition. What else could you want?
