I'm buying my second set of these tires, manufactured in 2023, imported, made in Korea - not in China, and they're perfect for Moscow's winter, never letting me down. Snow, mud, slush, ice, dry road - no problems. Of course, you need to be careful on ice, but the cabin is quiet. The tires show their best qualities in severe frost, from minus 10 and below. Aquaplaning? I don't know what that is, I've tested them on the M-4 highway at high speeds. Very durable, I've hit several fairly large potholes, no issues. I definitely recommend buying them.
