Hello everyone! I'd like to share my impression of this tire. I read the reviews, as I always do, and got upset, as some people write that the tire is bad, while others say it's okay. I decided to buy second-hand, so I could use it for a couple of seasons and sell it if it turned out to be rubbish. I saw an ad on the internet and went to see the tire in the garage of its owner. The tread was nice and new-looking

Still have not found any defects. The Merc is just great on this tire. Quiet, soft, light. The most surprising feature was its ability to resist wheelspin on the start and to hold a good grip on asphalt when braking on dry road.
I did not try to drive on the edge on wet road, so I may be biased in my review. On wet asphalt, it gripped well and did not slip when cornering.

Quite good! But with a caveat....
From Butch: I know this tire inside out!!! I've driven many, many km on it! Let's just say in dry weather, it's excellent at starting, without squealing or whistling, without wheel spin. I've gotten into tight spots where it seemed like I was about to crash into a bumper, but when braking, it's super, like it's nailed to the ground, it's saved me many times!!!!

I've run new Turanzas for 2.5 seasons and they're completely shot. Purely Japanese. The tire is very noisy, although very fast. If under-inflated, the car starts to guzzle fuel, even with normal pressure, there are issues with wheelspin. At temperatures above 40 (which in Moscow's extreme heat can happen), it brakes slowly and with a loud shriek. It's easy to lock up on the brakes. When accelerating on a road with

After the stock ER30, I decided to try the "improved" model.
After purchasing, I put them on new rims, but one of the 4 wheels had to be replaced immediately, as the imbalance was around 90-100 grams. While the tread was new, it held the dry road not badly, but not well either. There was noise, but it was not strong (tolerable). To be honest, I didn't experience any pleasure from driving on this tire

I like it
After the stock debiki on my car - this tire is just super. It handles turns great, brakes perfectly. Yes, it's a bit stiff, but I like that. It also drove well in the rain!- Control on a dry road

Soft - constant feeling that the wheels are underinflated. For the last five summers, there's hardly been a trip without picking up a nail, sometimes even two. However, after 40,000 km, wear is almost imperceptible. No problems on puddles, but on a groove - "hold on to the steering wheel, driver". In the mud, no problems. Noise - ears plug up, you can't even hear the engine.

The best tires! I haven't put any other tires on this car. They are not noisy, they handle the road perfectly, they enter turns at high speeds perfectly, and they brake almost without any braking distance. In general, the price-quality ratio is excellent. They arrived with fresh production dates. For me, this is the most optimal option.

Size 215/55/16 Right from the start I'll say it's a very good tyre. The driving style is a bit aggressive, almost always on the asphalt. The braking distance is short, and it's able to aquaplane at 90-100 km/h in a good-sized puddle, and I've been driving almost exclusively at night and in the city. The car was loaded to 337 kg and I encountered no issues whatsoever, it's resistant to impacts, I hit

The tire has been tested on Lanos, Elantra, and Opel Astra J. It can be compared with Nokian Hakkapeliitta and Continental. The tire is of good quality, but it is noisy. And it is very sensitive to aquaplaning (starts to float at a speed of 110 km/h in a strong rain). Holds the road and the turns perfectly. Brakes beautifully. Suitable for speed lovers driving on dry roads. Resistant to curb damage
