9 years driven on studs, and then decided to take a risk. If I say I'm surprised - nothing to say. If I didn't know what the suction pad was - I wouldn't believe it. Adhesion to the road is simply excellent. Mud, snow, ice - holds on 5+. Maybe there are moments where studs win, but I haven't noticed yet. And no howl when exiting onto asphalt.

I am not a fan of aggressive driving, but out of curiosity this winter I decided to take my tires up to 140 km/h. And they performed perfectly! They grip and brake as they should. No regrets about the money spent. After 10,000 km driven this winter, wear is hardly visible.

Advantages: Excellent balanced tire, reliable and safe handling in winter conditions.
If you can call it a drawback: leaves an ephemeral sense of permissiveness on winter roads.

I put 245-70-R-16 on. Drives like dry on wet asphalt. Don't even notice the slush on the Kaluga reaction is weak. Attempting to oversteer on a patch of snow-covered ice with a wet layer resulted in failure, rear-wheel drive only activated when necessary. Excellent tire. Handles well both on wet and snowy roads. Only a slight side-slip on ice, but the ice caution sign is a good reminder. Relatively quiet for a tire with this level of grip. 255/55R18. Very happy with the tire: soft, quiet, holds the road in any conditions, whether it's on ice or in a snowy mess. Tread is almost like new after 10,000 km. I would strongly recommend it to everyone.

215/70/16 I lowered the handling rating specifically for the profile. The tire is soft (no studs, after all), and it's not very comfortable to lean into turns on the 70 profile.). In other respects, it behaves adequately, extremely quiet (in my case, almost noiseless). After 10,000 km, mostly on the highway, I don't see any wear. Now it will be the second season. And, in general, tires have become very expensive.

I only bought used ones from Japan. No mileage on them at all in Russia. They are loud, stiff, and cracks have started to appear on them.
For that price, I could have bought a much better one brand new from China. And that is exactly what I did - I replaced the car. Now I don't regret buying a Triangle, I'm very satisfied with it.
I will never buy Bridgestone again.

The tire deserves the investment. Comfortable. For the winter all parameters are in order, considering the lack of studs.
