Triangle LL01

The Triangle LL01 winter tire is designed for light commercial vehicles. In the model lineup, it replaced the TR737, which it surpasses in most characteristics. It is distinguished by improved longitudinal traction properties, increased load capacity, and a longer service life.

Tread with dense lamella notching

A distinctive feature of the tire's tread pattern is the increased density of lamella arrangement. Narrow slits located a few millimeters apart provide a contact patch with numerous edges. It is these edges that the tire grips the icy surface with, demonstrating confident behavior without the need for studs.

V-shaped grooves

On snowy roads, the effectiveness of the tread is ensured by the design of the drainage grooves. They have numerous angles and ledges that capture and hold snow, enhancing traction with the road.

Increased tread width

In the central part, the tread is almost flat. At the same time, in the shoulder areas, there is significant curvature. This design allowed increasing the width of the contact patch and, consequently, its area. This made it possible to improve several important operational properties of the tire at once. The most obvious one is the enhancement of traction properties. In addition, this solution significantly reduces wear, making it more even, which increases the tire's service life.

Resistance to aquaplaning and slushplaning

The functionality of the drainage grooves mentioned above is additional. These tread elements are distinguished by their large volume and numerousness, which allows them to quickly remove not only water but also a heavy mixture of snow and mud from the contact patch.

Increased shoulder blocks

A distinctive feature of the shoulder area design is the increased size of the blocks located here. Due to this, they have higher stiffness, which, in turn, allows for a more even distribution of the load across the contact patch. This noticeably increases the tire's carrying capacity, reduces the load in the contact patch, and decreases the likelihood of uneven wear.
