The Nankang SP9 summer tire is designed for SUV class vehicles. The size range is distinguished by the vastness of the presented options - there are several dozen of them for wheels with a diameter of 14 to 20 inches. It is characterized by a well-balanced set of operational properties, combining comfort, handling and long service life.

A distinctive feature of the symmetrical non-directional tread pattern is the increased content of water-repelling elements. These are not only numerous drainage grooves, but also lamellas. Narrow slits, forming sharp edges, direct water from under the blocks into the grooves, increasing resistance to aquaplaning and traction properties on wet surfaces at the same time. At the same time, the large size of the blocks provides a larger area of the zone in contact with the road. It is also worth noting the optimized profile of the tread part of the tire. Under load, it increases the contact patch, giving it a square shape, which provides an even distribution of the vehicle's weight. This reduces the rate of tread wear and ensures stability of traction properties.
