The tread pattern has an asymmetric design, divided into two functional zones. The outer side with massive deformation-resistant elements provides reliable grip on dry pavement. The inner part with a large number of drainage grooves and block edges of increased area allows you to maintain control over the car on a wet surface. The optimized profile of the entire tread area as a whole increases the contact patch, giving it a shape close to rectangular. This solution reduces pressure on the road surface, ensuring its even distribution. This significantly improves handling, especially during dynamic maneuvering.
Increased mileage
Even compared to the previous model, which has proven itself as a wear-resistant sports tire, this tire stands out for its even greater mileage. This is due to several important changes in its design. First of all, it is the use of a breaker, in the cord of which nylon and aramid fibers are used - it increases the stiffness and resistance of the entire structure to deformation, which reduces the level of abrasive impact on the tread. The rubber compound contains a complex of special elastomers that, by increasing the strength of molecular bonds between all components of the compound, significantly increase the tire's resistance to wear. All this guarantees a long service life even under extremely high loads on the tire.

Very pleasant tires, not quite quiet, but not straining. Much stranger is that they are sometimes soft, sometimes hard, as if they are adapting to different road surfaces

-Softness and comfort. For road use on vehicles where a lot of grip is required to realize power;
-Grip. Heating is almost not required, unlike city/track tires, - a bit of normal driving with light loads and gas-to-pedal without problems. In the grip arc, there is more than the degree of bending of the soft sidewall allows, so the limitation is precisely it. On the other hand, the limit is much clearer, you won't slip exactly.
-Riding in the rain, including heavy rain. Top, without extra words.

So, I'll write about the tires. I bought these tires in the size 235/40 R19 for my Ford Fusion USA (Mondeo), and I can say the following. The tires are very good, especially they handle great on wet roads, I drive a lot on the highway. My annual mileage is 50-60 thousand km, and the handling is also excellent, it enters turns perfectly. They look quite stylish, but I would say they are expensive. However, everything has its nuances, and nothing is perfect. The ride comfort is there, but the tires are noisy and somewhat stiff. This is my first Michelin, before that I always bought Continental tires, and I can say that I liked Continental better, it's softer and quieter, and the handling is more or less the same. Here, you can really feel the hum, these are minor things, and over time I got used to them, but for the first month or so, the hum was really annoying, especially at speeds of 120-130. I realized that Michelin is a great tire, but Continental is still closer to my heart and comfort.
