One of the characteristic features of the Maloya Davos model is the symmetrical directional tread pattern. It is favorably distinguished by a rather aggressive V-shaped design, the external appearance of which was created without compromising the operational qualities of the tire. At the same time, it's impossible not to notice the clear division of the tread pattern into separate functional zones, which provided this model with practically ideal balance.

Another feature of this tread pattern is the presence of a large number of transverse blocks that start from the shoulder areas and end in the central part. Thanks to this, they have very long edges that are mostly transverse. As a result, the tire demonstrates excellent traction properties in the longitudinal direction. They are especially pronounced when driving on snow.

Excellent ice grip

This model is also distinguished by the absence of studs, which was compensated by an increase in the number of traction edges. They are formed during movement by numerous lamellas located on the surface of all tread blocks. Having sufficient height, they can penetrate the water film on the icy surface, which, in turn, allows the tire to grip even the smallest irregularities on the ice.
