Tire specifications
DescriptionDescription Kapsen RS26 PracticalMax H/P
The Kapsen RS26 tire is designed for the most powerful versions of passenger cars. Belonging to the UHP category, the model is characterized by excellent traction on wet pavement, stability, and stable behavior at any speed and during sharp maneuvers, as well as a more than decent level of acoustic comfort compared to most competitors.
Dual shoulder blocks on the outside
The tire demonstrates excellent stability in turns. This is due to the design of the shoulder blocks on the outside of the tread. They are combined with rigid bridges into groups of two elements each. At the same time, they have massive dimensions and are located transversely. This gives the tire not only reliable traction when maneuvering, but also provides quick and precise transmission of lateral acceleration forces to the steering wheel, thereby improving the comfort of controlling the vehicle.
Wet grip
The tire's tread is equipped with a high-performance drainage system. It is based on four longitudinal grooves in the central part. Their volume is more than enough to minimize the risk of aquaplaning at almost any speed. Their effect is enhanced by the work of numerous lamellas, which, in addition to creating additional traction edges, ensure water diversion into one of the nearby drainage grooves.
Main features of Kapsen RS26
- asymmetric tread provides reliable traction in any conditions;
- dual shoulder blocks on the outside improve stability in turns;
- continuous longitudinal rib in the center provides stability when driving at high speed.

R21, profile 35.
I bought it to replace a worn-out Michelin.
Compared to it, it became softer and quieter.
In terms of handling and road grip in dry and rainy weather, I didn't notice any difference.
The main mileage is urban, the highway was one trip from Moscow to Voronezh, including rain, and it didn't affect the ride quality.
During the first tire fitting, the master was cursing, the cord was very stiff, but after balancing, everything was okay.
It's too early to judge the wear, but there's no visible wear after 10,000 km.
For their price, I consider it an excellent option, at least for the city.- Vehicle:

The RS26 275/40 R20 106W XL and 315/35 wide tires, I don't often believe in good tires, but I like everything, shocked by the price! I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The tires are absolutely normal when used normally. No problems during driving up to 200 km/h. The tire is smooth, perfectly balanced.
