The summer tires of this model have an asymmetric tread pattern with an open outer shoulder area. This improves the handling and braking performance of the vehicle, especially on unpaved roads. Most of the elements that formed the basis of the tread pattern of this tire model were borrowed from tire models optimized for heavy off-road conditions. Thanks to computer analysis, specialists decided to equip the Continental ContiCrossContact LX Sport tread with special blocks arranged in a specific sequence and drainage slot-like grooves along the entire circumference to improve passability, handling, optimize contact patch conditions, and achieve the necessary acoustic characteristics.

Rubber Compound

In this tire model, the rubber compound has undergone some changes compared to the previous one. As a result of the addition of new components, the wear rate decreased by 28%. At the same time, this made it possible to reduce the noise and rolling level and significantly increase handling, so even a slight movement of the steering wheel is immediately responded to, reducing the vehicle's reaction time.
