As with other SRT versions, the manufacturer used a sports image of the so-called "muscle cars" of the 70s of the last century in this SUV. In this version, it develops 482 horsepower, sharing it with the "platform" Jeep Grand Cherokee of 2011. This power unit works in tandem with an 8-speed automatic TorqueFlite transmission, which allows a fairly bulky SUV to accelerate to "hundred" in 4.5 seconds and cover a quarter mile in 12.9 seconds. In addition to the engine, the SUV stands out with a chassis with different settings. Other shock absorbers and springs are used here, as well as a stabilizer of transverse stability, which made the suspension travel harder and reduced tilting in turns. The chassis remained adaptive with the possibility of choosing between 7 modes, along with which the settings of the transmission and engine, stability and all-wheel drive systems change. The latter changes the torque distribution ratio by wheel axles. Another difference from the standard version was the braking mechanisms. Here, components from Brembo are used - 6- and 4-piston calipers, discs with a diameter of 380 and 350 mm.Externally, the SUV stands out with a more aggressive design, made in the spirit of SRT versions of passenger sedans - a massive front bumper, a radiator grille with a mesh instead of a cross-shaped logo of the brand, a hood with an air intake, enlarged exhaust pipes at the back.
