Before buying these tires, I drove on studded Nokian and Continental tires. So, this one is in no way inferior to them and is much quieter.

I've been driving on this tire for 4 years, and prior to that I also had a Yokohama ig30, which wore out to the cord in just 3 seasons, it's a real firecracker for the price. I only buy Japanese, I think the quality would be worse with Russian production. I have a sad experience with buying a Michelin for the summer, the production in France and Russia is the same model, but it behaves absolutely differently (the Russian one is
