Yokohama Ice Guard IG50+ holds the car well on both snow and ice when you get a frosty morning, and on the water in the spring when everything is thawing or raining - the tread pattern that pushes water away works so well. Definitely worth its price, I've taken it far more than a thousand, and far more than two thousand kilometers, both in the city and on the highway, and I see that the tires are excellent in absolutely different conditions.

Yokohama Ice Guard IG50+ does well to keep the vehicle on snow and ice if it freezes up in the morning, and on water in the spring when it’s all thawing out or raining – the tread pattern that channels water does an excellent job. It’s definitely worth the money, having gone far more than one, and far more than two thousand kilometers, both in the city and on highways, and I see that the tires are excellent in absolutely different conditions.

When driving on potholed roads, the sidewalls of tyres develop small bumps. Three such bumps in one winter is excessive. The tyre fitter said the rubber is too soft.

Overall, a good tire. Performs well on asphalt regardless of the temperature. Performs well on snow, deep snow, and packed snow, too.
On ice that's been packed into slippery snow, it handles well and doesn't lock up.
Comfort level is normal, there is no notable noise. Compared to the Nokian Hakkapeliita RSi, it seemed a bit stiffer, but handles the same as the Nokian.
