Advantages: Cheap studded tires, if you drive only in the city, it's quite a worthy option. The wheel is easy to balance.
Disadvantages: Not stable on the highway and on icy turns.
Tires do not very stably hold the road if there is even a small amount of uncleared snow on it or if there is icing. Every time when overtaking a truck on not ideally clean asphalt, the car starts to toss from side to side. Also, on icy turns at 90 degrees, it went into a slight skid. In the city, where the roads are relatively clean, it was quite comfortable to drive, but with the presence of snow or ice, the wheels start to skid.
