The Kama Alga winter tire is designed for compact passenger cars. It is characterized by its "signature" off-road capability on snow, stability on icy surfaces, comfort in handling, and soft ride on uneven terrain.

The tread pattern is designed in a directional style with a V-shaped arrangement of drainage grooves. These elements have a wavy shape, which further increases the traction force on snow and allows the tread to be cleaned of slush even more intensively. All blocks have lamellae. Numerous cuts, forming multidirectional edges, along with studs forming 12 continuous rows, provide stability on icy surfaces. The tread pattern is divided into two parts by a wide groove. The elements in these parts are arranged with an offset relative to each other. This eliminates the occurrence of resonance noise and vibrations, which has a positive effect on acoustic comfort.
