Studded models retain the lead in sales of Kama Tyres winter tyres

Kama Tyres has summed up the results of online sales of passenger and light truck winter tires in 2025 and reported that studded models remain the leaders in demand, accounting for 81%. Thus, the share of friction tires was 19% of sales, and the company says that compared to the previous year, the proportion has not changed.

The most popular studded tires were passenger Viatti Brina Nordico and Kama Alga, as well as commercial Kama Alga LT. In the friction class, Viatti Brina and Vettore Brina were the leaders for passenger and light truck vehicles, respectively, as well as Kama И-511, developed specifically for owners of "Niva" vehicles.

"Kama Tyres winter tires are designed taking into account Russian operating conditions: when developing, we consider climate features, road surface condition and other significant parameters," said Timur Sharipov, Executive Director of Trading House "Kama". "This approach allows us to form an assortment for different scenarios - from everyday city driving to out-of-town trips, from mild winter to sharp temperature fluctuations and severe frosts - both in the passenger and light truck segments."

Kama Tyres consistently expands its range of winter tires, and the latest novelty was the studded Viatti Nordico 2 presented last year, which replaced the Brina Nordico model.
